Janine is the founder and driving force behind Tax Agent 99. With over 20 years in small business accounting, she brings strategic thinking, expert insight and a real commitment to supporting clients at every stage.

She's passionate about making tax feel manageable rather than overwhelming, and works closely with business owners to give personalised advice and ongoing support. Her goal is always the same: make accounting easier, clearer and more empowering.

Vanessa Robertson

Vanessa keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From onboarding to client communication and workflow, she makes sure the team stays on track and clients feel supported from day one.

As our in-house bookkeeper she's hands-on with GST returns and knows the ins and outs of IRD compliance. With a background in business administration and systems, she brings structure and heart to the practice.
